02. Corporate Identity & Engineering Scope

JP Consortium is an engineering and infrastructure enterprise operating in Bangladesh. Our core business capabilities span:

• Civil Infrastructure: Bridge foundations, culverts, earthworks, heavy RCC buildings, road networks, and structural concrete.
• Electromechanical Works: High-voltage substations, distribution grids, power plant electromechanical balance of plant, and industrial switchgear.
• Solar Energy: Utility-scale solar parks, industrial rooftop PV arrays, and microgrid solar electrification.
• Plants & Heavy Machinery: Mobilization and deployment of heavy earthmoving, compaction, haulage, and lifting equipment.

03. Consultation Bookings & Meeting Protocol

All appointments are scheduled in Asia/Dhaka local time (BST, UTC+06:00). JP Consortium reserves the right to reschedule or reassign appointments due to emergency field assignments, adverse weather impacting active sites, or force majeure events.

04. Tenders, BOQs & Preliminary Estimates

Technical descriptions, preliminary timelines, or feasibility comments provided through electronic enquiry channels do not constitute a binding commercial contract. Binding commitments arise exclusively from formal, stamped contract agreements executed by authorized signatories of JP Consortium following detailed site surveys and soil testing.

05. Intellectual Property & Documentation

All content published on this website — including architectural renders, technical vector schematics, photographic records, service methodologies, and the JP Consortium brand mark — is the intellectual property of JP Consortium or licensed for corporate representation. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering is strictly prohibited.
